Desert Irrigation the success story
Desert Irrigation :
Irrigation has been on of the continious and routine process that has been followed from the day human start to cultivate.After industralization world has taken a sharp turn. Agriculture was no more a main business for making money. Profit and high margin is the Aim of current world business.Offcourse that is all business is all about.But who feeds your hungry stomach . how it is feeded? This story explains you the importace of
agriculture ,its exiler ,the irrigation methods. This article also deals with the trend in early irrigation methods,current trends....and the cons current world is facing for irrigation.This article provides desert irrigation ideas so we will confine our dicussion only with deserts. In future articles we will be discussing about irrigation methods around parts of the globe.
Water:
Two third of the globe is filled with water. But.....Its water,water,water.......water everywhere......not a single drop of water to drink.....yes not a single drop of water to irrigate the crops around the world. earlier civilazation has flourished only across places where there is water avaliable for irrigation...Nile delta is one of the best example for above statement. Land was irrigated on both sides of Nile river . Rest of the lands were occupied by boiling sands called DESERT.
Yes Temperature is on raise,pollution is on raise,Population is on raise,hunger is on raise........we need to keep our food safety going on....how do we do it.....Cultivate waste lands....cultivate deserts.....yes we want to do it.....where do we get water for cultivation.....lets start..
Irrigation:
Irrigation is defined as the method or process to water crops/plants . crops has to be watered depending upon their characteristic feature. Some crops needs high amount of water to survive and some crops needs only less amount of water to survive.One of the most followed irrigation in desert regions is drip irrigation. Feeding the crop drop by drop .This saves ample amount of water . It keeps the soil around the plant in wet condition making the roots to spread for oxygen fixation.
Drip irrigation:
Drip irrigation mechanism consist of many components. Back flow checker is connected to the value which is connected to the main pipeline. Back flow checker prevents water to flow back due to pressure on the nozzle end.Back flow checker is in turn connected to filter which arrests any impurities present in the water.if filter is not provided ,impurities in water may choke the nozzle end.Filter is in turn connected to housing unit which houses the drip tubing. drip tube is connected to the drip nozzle.

Simple way of drip irrigation might use a tough pipe which can withstand pressure punched at regular intervals.below is such an example.

United States Shut down........Not good for world economy
Its time once again....United states has been keenly watched for its decision. US government shutdown is not only impacting its own activities ,but the entire world. An south Korean business man who planned for two weeks holiday to united states has to change his plan ,as most of the tourism spots are down. Government has to take all steps to reopen the government soon.
Let us hope for the best......Shutdown will be(should be)ending soon........
